Crocker Alumni of the Year
This year marks the inauguration of the first annual Crocker Alumni of the Year Award. Two alumni will be chosen to represent the many accomplishments and successes of Crocker’s talented graduates. One alumnus will be selected to represent graduates from the classes of 1999 to 2008 and the other will represent the classes of 1959 through 1998. As you complete the nominations form below, please make sure to let us know why this nominee should be selected. List not only their accomplishments after they graduated from Crocker, but also what they brought to Crocker school when they attended the school.

CRITERIA - Applications will be judged on the following criteria:
- Crocker Alumni of the Year
- Nominees must have graduated from Crocker Middle School between 1959-1998.
- Nominations should describe the achievement, contribution and/or impact made by Nominee in their chosen field or in the community.
- Crocker Young Alumni of the Year
- Nominees must have graduated from 1999-2009.
- Nominations should describe the achievement, contribution and/or impact made by Nominee in their further education or in the community.
- Award Procedure
The persons honored will be selected by a committee comprised of the current Crocker Principal, Superintendent of Hillsborough Schools, HSF Representatives, current Crocker Parent Group President and current student body president. Recipients will be honored at an HSF event to be determined.
In order to be considered, nominations must be submitted to the Hillsborough Schools Foundation no later than January 15, 2009.
